PSA Oxygen Generator System

Designed with advanced Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) technology, the system delivers stable and high-purity oxygen production. Featuring low energy consumption, intelligent control, and modular structure, it ensures reliable and continuous operation for industrial applications.

Working Principle

Air is compressed by the screw air compressor, filtered and dried to remove oil, water and dust, then stored in the air tank. Clean compressed air enters the PSA generator for oxygen and nitrogen separation. The zeolite molecular sieves in the adsorption tower adsorb nitrogen and let oxygen pass through. Oxygen is collected at the top of the tower and stored in the oxygen tank.
After filtration, oxygen can be directly connected to the hospital pipeline, or pressurized by the booster compressor and filled into cylinders through the filling ramp.
